  • The Chasco Fiesta starts Friday March 28, 2025, and ends Saturday
    April 5, 2025. Please see Chasco Calendar 2025 menu for days and times of events
  • The event is at SIMS PARK, New Port Richey, FL.
  • The Chasco Fiesta event is organized and produced by a committee of 12 volunteers. The Chasco Fiesta Inc. committee meets and organizes the event throughout the year. The event hosts approximately 25 not-for-profit organizations.

    • There is no dedicated parking for Chasco Fiesta. The City of New Port Richey has several free parking lots near the event. Handicap parking is available at City parking lots.
      • The Gloria Swanson Parking Lot on Bank St.
      • The Thomas Meighan Parking Lot on Nebraska Ave. and Missouri Ave.
      • New Port Richey Parking Garage behind the Keiser University at 6218 US-19 with transportation to the city.
      • Local Churches on Indiana Ave. (small fee).
  • For 2025, Chasco Fiesta will have a $5 entry fee, except Monday 3/31 (all day) and Saturday 4/5 (until 4 pm). Children age 12 and under are free all the other days except Friday 3/28/25 and Saturday 3/29/25 after 4:00 PM.
  • Re-entry is allowed.
  • Country Concert - Saturday 3/29/25 and Rock Concert - Friday 3/28/25. Reserved seating can be purchased through Ruth Eckerd Hall Experience www.rutheckerdhall.com. For more information click on Music on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Yes, there are many vendors including food, native crafts, and local businesses. To become a vendor, go to the Vendor/Volunteer menu button on the top of the page and navigate to the vendor type that best describes your business.
  • Go to the Vendor/Volunteer menu button on the top of the page, navigate to the volunteer section. Fill out the volunteer form and submit.
    • The following items ARE permitted:
      • Blankets
      • Cameras
      • Sunscreen
      • Clear bags not to exceed 10” x 10”. No other bags of any
        type will be allowed.
      • Diaper bags accompanying a small child or bags containing medical equipment are subject to screening.
      • Medically required items (crutches, wheelchair, medications, etc.)

    Kindly note that all bags and purses will be inspected by police or security upon entry.

    • The following items are NOT permitted and may be forfeited during the bag check:
      • Only Clear 10X10 Bags are allowed. No other bags of any type will be allowed.
      • Outside food and drink, including alcohol
      • Weapons of any kind
      • Illegal drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
      • Glass, metal, or plastic beverage/food containers
      • Flasks
      • Laser pointers
      • Coolers
      • Roller skates/blades, bikes, scooters, skateboards, and hoverboards
      • Umbrellas, tents, and chairs
      • Golf cart or motorized vehicle
      • Distribution of flyers
      • Unauthorized vending
    • Yes, there will be several ATMs at the event.
    • Yes, there are several hotels in the New Port Richey area. The Hacienda Hotel is located next to the event and is a beautiful place to stay https://haciendahotelnpr.com/
