$25 Non-refundable Entry Fee Required Upon Registration: No Later Than 3/7/24

Release and Acknowledgement

It is specifically agreed by the undersigned that the Owner, Operator and Sponsor of this boat parade entrant does release and forever discharge the The Rotary Club of New Port Richey, Chasco Fiesta, Inc. and The City of New Port Richey and their representatives from any and all responsibility or liability for any personal injury, property damage, or any other loss incurred in connection with the Chasco Fiesta Boat Parade. The undersigned also gives permission for the release and use for publicity and photos taken during the event. The Chasco Fiesta Boat Parade is a family friendly event and obscene or vulgar music, decorations or conduct as determined by any Boat Parade official will not be allowed or tolerated. Violation of this policy will result in the offending entry being immediately disqualified from consideration for prized and immediate ejection from the parade, without refund of entry fee.

Additional Information

  • You will be assigned a boat number at the Captains meeting on Thursday, March 14, 2024, 6:00pm at Hooters. Make sure your boat number is attached to both sides of the bow of your boat. This number must be easily seen for judging and announcing purposes.
  • The Port Richey boat ramp closes at 11:00am, please schedule accordingly.
  • All entrants must assemble in Miller's Bayou by 12:30pm, so the parade can begin promptly at 1:00pm. Please note, boats will not be lined up in numerical order. Boat Parade official will determine the order.
  • Rotary volunteers will help entrants. take their places in the parade. Keep a sharp lookout for them!
  • Remember, make Pasco proud! Decorate creatively!
